Here's a link to outline examples: Outline Examples. Remember, the purpose of your outline is to organize the information you've collected. It is the blueprint for your paper. Figure out: What are my main categories of information? How do I want to arrange these categories? Which pieces of information go in which categories? Use one of the examples as a template for your own outline.
